SESSION 1: EXPLORING FAMILY FOUNDATIONS
Reflect, Relate & Respond
TUESDAY, APRIL 25, 2023 (6:30-8:00pm)
Session 1 will explore the importance of the parent-child relationship and the crucial role that it plays in supporting our children’s growth and development. We will introduce some concepts of attachment and regulation as a way to better understand and manage behaviours. Discuss how to Reflect, Relate and Respond with your youth. Ways to strengthen our relationship with our children and the importance of self-care will also be highlighted.
